When we supplied Briton Shutters & Grilles with a SeceuroVision 3800 for a bar in MacDonald Hotel, Windsor we were interested to hear how they overcame an unusual problem involving an oversized coffee machine! Lloyd Holmes from Briton Shutters tells us about the installation and their innovative approach to problem solving!

‘After agreeing sizes and positions, and fitting the shutters, the client then informed us that they had ordered an expensive coffee machine that would not fit behind by several inches!! Moving the shutters had many potential problems, so the client asked if we could provide ‘S’ shaped guides to enable the curtain to miss the machine. At first we thought this would be impossible, but a helpful section bender managed to re-shape the guides very neatly. All installation work had to be carried out at very unsociable hours, but the client was very impressed with the finished result!’
