We asked for customer feedback following the launch of our brand new website
Following the launch of our brand new website we asked our customers to take a test drive before sending us feedback. We also set up a competition with the aim of weeding out spelling mistakes or any technical discrepancies we may have missed!
Ben from Capital Garage Doors was good enough to supply us with detailed technical feedback which will help us to further improve the user experience for future customers. As a thank you we asked his regional sales manager Andrew Levick to present him with a set of gift vouchers. We’re always keen to hear feedback from our customers and would welcome any further suggestions.
