Our team has recently expanded with the addition of our new Customer Service Advisor, Liam Withers. Liam joined SWS UK in early February and has spent the last month following an intensive training programme including site/customer visits, factory training and office shadowing across all departments. Factory training has equipped Liam with an understanding of the manufacturing process as well as providing technical knowledge across our range of products. Liam was also lucky enough to attend both our recent open days and informative SeceuroSchool seminars which has further increased his understanding of the business, its products and its strong focus on exceptional customer service.
With a background in hospitality, Liam joins us with extensive experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment where managing large events, weddings and restaurants was part of his daily routine. Liam is looking forward to transferring his excellent customer-based skill set to his new role and has already commented on how much he is enjoying his position with SWS UK:
‘The thing I enjoy most about the job so far is the ability to help. Having the opportunity to rectify a problem for a customer in need is very rewarding. It is vital we maintain a high standard and I am keen to put my experience into practice with SWS UK.’
When he is not at work, Liam leads a busy life with his fiancé and three children with weekends spent walking their Jack Russell Colin. When family time allows it, Liam also likes to indulge in his other passion, Liverpool and Morecambe FC.
We are delighted to welcome Liam to the SWS UK team and are confident that he will be an asset to our Customer Service department.
Due to continued growth within the business and in a bid to further improve our customer service levels within the organisation, SWS UK would like to appoint a customer service team member. The successful candidate should have a proven demonstrable customer service work ethic. In addition they will have excellent problem solving skills.Read more
